haha.. that’s a good question!! because actually I’m good at downhill, but i only did cross-country skiing once before… 10 years ago… so I was falling on my ass a lot and so were a bunch of the others who had never done it before, but we managed it… we went up mountains and crossed the railway tracks every day… it was the best! it still makes me laugh, though.

that’s so sad! isn’t there any other possibility to get to Oslo? like, a ‘MitfahrbÃ¶rse’? I’m sure *someone* from Bergen will go there by car.. you just have to find them ;)
you’re talking about snow, and I’m so happy to see everything starting to bloom here.. the tulips, apricot trees, primroses.. :] there was hardly any snow in Vienna this year..
hope you’ll upload some pictures of snow sculptures! x

it turned out to be one of the best (and sweetest, in a good way) pies i ever made.. (though actually i almost never make pies, just cakes) the egg whites wouldn’t rise well though, i tried everything, so the meringue part was shitty…. :(

ow how did the lemon meringue cake turn out in the end..? I ate such a good one in Mdina/Malta, they also had the best chocolate cake everrr! it was almost black and incredibly chocolate-y ;)
