There is something very simple and poetic and really sort of cool about this piece. It was one of the 7 best works shortlisted for the Szpilman Award 2008.

just a short post to link a very cute animation I have just seen on the internet. Clean Sweep, by Violette Sacré, artist and friend. Technically perfect (for my standards anyway), with the background music composed by, among others, her brother Noah. It’s worth taking a look at.
To anyone who didn’t go to the Biennale last year, I must say you’ve missed something. Not everything was good (I was quite deceived by most of the pavilions actually), but there was one work I was extremely impressed by: the Icelandic section.
